happening on our planet Earth. And I think it’s pretty neat to email you and share exciting things with you—and to have you share things with me too! Learning is great. They say every time you learn something new, you get a new wrinkle in your brain. So it’s good to have a wrinkly brain, but not wrinkly clothes.
Anyway, this time I’m on an adventure with Wayne and Bonnie Anderson. They live in Wisconsin by a lake in a little town called West Sweden. Do you know where that is? It’s so small it’s not on most maps. It’s right next to Frederic, which is on the map.
We are on a big cruise ship sailing to a lot of interesting places in Asia and Africa and Antarctica. Have you heard of these places? It will take us two whole months to visit all the ports in Asia and Africa and Antarctica. But I’ll be writing to you and sending you pictures of all these places.
Hey, you know what’s a really excellent idea? Ask your parents to help you find all the places we go to on the map! Maybe hang one in your room and mark on it all the cool countries I write you about. You will be learning about different places, and your brain will get more wrinkled too.
